Standard 2nd Class Delivery – FREE for orders over £50 otherwise £3.99 (2-4 working days)
£1.50 for Small Accessories such as belt loops.
Sent Tracked 48 for belt orders.
Sent Standard 2nd Class Large Letter post for small items such as belt loops which will usually fit through a letterbox.

UK First Class / Tracked 24 Delivery

Tracked 24 £5.99 Flat Fee (1-2 working days usually).
(£4.50 Flat Fee for small accessories such as belt loops. These are sent Large Letter Tracked 24 and will usually fit through letter box)

UK Express Delivery

UK Express Delivery : Special Delivery or Courier for a Faster Service £10.00
(£8.90 for Small Accessories such as belt loops which are sent as a padded Large Letter)
This is a next day service for most locations in the UK but can take another day for remote areas.

We usually use Royal Mail for our standard International delivery service.

Once parcels arrives in the destination country it is normally your local domestic parcel service that will take over the delivery of your parcel.

USA – Delivery and New Duty and Customs Rules

Parcels are sent from the U.K. Fully Tracked and delivered In the USA either via USPS or Courier Service.

N.B. The US ‘De minimus’ is suspended from 29th August 2025 therefore customs and duty will apply accordingly.

However all orders destined for the USA that we receive after 17.30 21st August 2025 (UK time) will be sent ‘Delivered Duty Paid’. This means ordinarily you should not have to pay any additional amounts once your parcel arrives in the USA however we cannot guarantee this. We have chosen this method so that our USA Customers can continue to order from our website with the intention that the parcels will move swiftly through CBP (U.S. Customs and Border Protection). The prices we display will include the duty that we will pay to our courier with the intention that the parcels will move swiftly through USA Borders and Customs. However we cannot make any guarantee that this will be the case and you may still be contacted by the USA Customs Authorities if they require any further details or payments.

N.B. Champion Chase include all the necessary documentation at the time of dispatch including invoices and CN22 or CN23 forms to ensure items clear USA customs as quickly as possible however we cannot be held responsible for any further costs or delays due to local customs and duty taxes.

Christmas and New Year Orders:

EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS PERIOD: Orders placed from 23rd October until the 23rd December can be returned until the 31st January the following year (from the 24th December, purchases will fall into our normal 30 days Returns policy). This does not affect your statutory rights.

Orders received between Christmas and New Year may not be despatched until the first or second working day in the New Year as there is a limited postal service during this time and our craftsmen may not be available to make the items ordered. We try to despatch as much as possible during the interim period between Christmas Day and New Years Eve but its not always possible to despatch all orders until after the Christmas and New Year holiday time.
